1. By contacting us you are accepting our privacy policy.

2. All quotes are valid for a year but may be adjusted in accordance with our suppliers prices where applicable. 

 

3. Customers will be billed for material costs after indicating acceptance of conversion quote.

4.Non refundable deposit of 20% or £20 (whichever is the higher) for smaller jobs will be requested after quote is accepted. 

5. Deposit payment will be due prior to purchasing of goods.

6. A 3 strike policy is in place for short notice cancellations, each time a job is cancelled or postponed at short notice (24hrs) a strike will be given. after 3 strikes all quotes are null and void and all future work will be refused.

7. Under special circumstances the 3 strike policy will be ignored but only if contact is made within a reasonable time frame.

8. A zero tolerance policy is in place for no contact prior to agreed date, all customers are expected to have arranged delivery of vehicle and/or keys no less than 24hrs before work commences. failure to do so will result in all invoices being null and void and all future work being refused.

9. Damage inspection sheet will be completed by customer and working staff prior to any works being carried out, any damage identified after works completion will need to inspected and proven.  

10. Vehicle keys are to be passed to working staff prior to work commencing. 

11. Remainder of accepted quote to be paid prior to collection of vehicle.
